John Wydrycs is a New York based recording engineer and mixer who has worked on several gold, platinum, and multi-platinum selling albums. He received a Grammy Award® for his work as an engineer on Lauryn Hill’s “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” (Album of the Year, 1998). John worked at Chung King Studios in New York City as a staff engineer, and later named the Chief Engineer before his departure in 2001. In 2005, John moved to the Southeast Florida area where he joined the independent record label, DM Music Group, as their Chief Engineer and mixer. While at DM Music, he helped with developing new talent in a variety of genres, including Kelsey Rey who appeared on NBC’s “The Voice” in 2011. John also worked as an engineer on Isaac Delgado’s Latin Grammy® nominated album “En Primera Plana” in 2006, and Anais' "Con Todo Mi Corazon" for La Calle Records. John is also a guitar player who played on Mos Def’s “Black On Both Sides” (credited as Johnny Why), and Shannon Walker's debut CD.

Mixing

Mixing for a single song or on a per project basis. Basic mix services include a TV track (no lead vocal), instrumental, a cappella, lead vocal up and lead vocal down versions. 2 minor mix revisions included. Major changes to the mix will be billed as a new mix. Mixes can be done 'in the box', analog, or a hybrid of the two. Studio charges, where applicable, are not included.
